Responsibilities:
- Build meaningful relationships with customers and assist them in understanding how our program can meet their needs.
- Review customer budgets and credit information to help them select the best vehicle.
- Explain contracts, ensure all necessary signatures are obtained, and provide ongoing support for customer satisfaction.
- Make 50-100 contact attempts per day through phone, email, and text to ensure an active sales pipeline.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with customers.
- Present all sales documents clearly, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Complete the full sales process, from paperwork to delivery, ensuring a smooth experience for the customer.
- Contribute to the Sales Department’s success by assisting with other projects as needed.
- Maintain a professional image of the company through effective communication and high standards of customer service.

- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adherence to company procedures.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong track record of setting and achieving sales goals.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive or service management training is a plus.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse customers.
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills for managing documentation.
- Comfortable with fast-paced environments and able to meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
