Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative at Randash Auto Center, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will play a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience by assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support throughout the vehicle purchasing process. Your goal is to create lasting relationships with our customers and contribute to the dealership's success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and determine their needs.
  • Provide information on available vehicles, financing options, and dealership services.
  • Assist customers with the vehicle purchase process, including paperwork and payment plans.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the database as necessary.
  • Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing needs.
  • Assist in managing and resolving customer complaints effectively and professionally.


Objectives:

  • Build relationships with customers.
  • Help customers understand how our program can assist them.
  • Review customer budgets and credit information.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their situation.
  • Explain contracts and obtain necessary signatures.
  • Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals by maintaining and exceeding expectations, including lead generation and call volume targets.
  • Maintain contact with customers to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or customer service is a plus.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software for customer management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Background check.
