As a Collections Cashier at Champion Auto Finance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless financial transactions for our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:

· Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner.

· Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

· Processing financial transactions accurately and efficiently.

· Handling cash, checks, and electronic payments.

· Maintaining a clean and organized cashier station.

· Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

· Collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow.

· Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts.

· Performing collections activities, including contacting customers for overdue payments, and negotiating repayment plans.

Requirements:

· Previous cashier or customer service experience is preferred.

· Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly.

· Phone etiquette and skill.

· Basic computer proficiency.
